4 easy steps to make... just throw it all in a crock pot & forget about it!

This recipe came from wanting a #stew + #soup + using whatever vegetables that were starting to go bad. Luckily for me, it turned out amazing! I love the #versatility of being able to add whatever vegetables you have + also being able to adjust the thickness to what you prefer!


I'm loving the #crockpot life! When your busy this is a game changer! In the morning, prepare all the ingredients + just throw them all in the crock pot. All you got to do is turn it on low (depending how fast you want it or how hot your pot is) + let the magic happen! BOOM! Dinner is done OR prepare the ingredients the night before if you don't have time in the morning then turn on the crock pot in the morning or afternoon depending when you want to eat it!


If you don't have ALL the ingredients...who cares!

Add, remove, or substitute any of the ingredients to your liking!

Turkey Stoup (15 servings)


Whats in it:


  • 1 whole onion diced

  • 7 cloves of garlic minced

  • 2 cups of carrots diced

  • Quarter of a head of cauliflower diced

  • 1 red bell pepper diced

  • 454g lean ground turkey

  • 4 tsp chicken stock seasoning

  • A can of diced tomatoes

  • 3 tbsp of basil

  • 1 tbsp of chili + paprika powder

  • 3 tbsp of steak spice

  • 2 tbsp each of salt + pepper

  • Enough water to cover all the ingredients


How to cook it:


1. Throw all the ingredients + water in the crock pot

2. Turn on crock pot to low (or whatever temperature you need to get desired finish time) + put the lid on

3. Cook for 3-4 hours depending on your crock pot

4. Using a potato masher, mash up some of it in the pot till you get the thickness you prefer

5. Stoup it up!
